thinkful UI immersion — product design, brand design
An improved web browsing
experience
After six months and four interviews with Wefunder, I've gained direct insights into the business & user needs & motivations for the future of the company website. Still, without an offer, I decided to move forward with my professional evaluation of the visual design and functionality of the existing Wefunder website home page. Additionally, I redesigned the company branding to attract a more modern user. To further express my interest in collaborating with the brand, I present to you my design solutions for an improved web browsing experience.

the problem
The users of Wefunder.com are investors and startup businesses from all around the world. These users are motivated by a mutual desire to make money through socially conscious businesses practice. Current users (startups) have difficulty standing out to prospective investors on the company website. o urban city residents that currently don’t have a working solution for conveniently tailoring their favorite clothing. In the USA, requests for tailoring services often come from the wedding, and luxury apparel industries, where alterations, customizations, and repairs are the most common service request. When searching for a tailor, the experience can be difficult and inconvenient. Clients who use this app need to be able to review, hire and pay a skilled tailor capable of customizing the fit and appearance of their favorite apparel. I aim to understand who the users are by researching their problems.
the solution
A simple and easy way to search for, contact, hire and pay for the professional services of a Tailor without the hassle of commuting across town to wait in line at your local dry cleaner.
